Item contain: One new motor, thermo fuse, 2 connectors. this item is not including the vacuum chamber. Professional installation required. Improper handling, disassemble or installation will cause air vacuum chamber components damage or not repairable. Tech Note: If Door Lock System is not working properly. Common problem the Vacuum Supply Pump is not working due to motor overheated and locked-up. This motor comes with a thermos fuse design to preventing motor from overheating. “Very Important” to check is there is any air vacuum leak in the locking system. Vacuum trigger release requires only one hand to operate and releases vacuum with the touch of an index finger. Adjustable vacuum release rate is controlled by a trigger on the pump. This pump has a pumping rate of 36cc/stroke and 12psig (.84 bar) positive pressure at the exhaust port. Full blank port pressure is obtained with only two strokes. The pump has a removable cover on the exhaust port and a trigger to release vacuum without disconnecting pump from the line. It can be disassembled for repair or replacement of internal parts. Comes with a vacuum gauge. The nozzle fits standard 1/4 inch I.D. tubing and it is supplied with a two-foot length of clear plastic tubing. Material: polyvinyl chloride body.
